Sophia’s Heart of Compassion

We hear the cry to meet community needs every day from our pastors, friends, neighbors, news media, etc. But what can we do to meet these needs? How can we serve our community? Some of you have longed to get your hands dirty while others would like to give support from where you are. Sophia’s Heart, founded by Danny Gokey would like to provide you the opportunity to gratify your serving heart.
Our Music and Arts program is in need of volunteers who have compassionate hearts for children through our after school choir program.
One of our Heart of Compassion projects is reaching out to the Nashville community through our new facility. We are in need of volunteers who have servant hearts to help others in their community, through volunteering their time working in different capacities at our new building.

Leading, Learning and Loving

Leading, Learning and Loving is arranged to provide Oasis Church leaders a venue for discovering the ongoing vision of the House, learning innovative leadership techniques for ministry, and capturing the heart of a loving God. Pastors Brian and Darla will select and host this group.

Visioneering

In this life group we will be walking through the book, ―Visioneering: God’s Blueprint for Developing and Maintaining Vision‖ by Andy Stanley. Vision is a preferred future. A destination. Vision always stands in contrast to the world as it is. Visioneering, according to bestselling author Andy Stanley, is ―a clear mental picture of what could be, fueled by the conviction that it should be.‖
Purchasing the book is not necessary but may be beneficial.

Love Heals

The purpose of this group is to gather like minded individuals that want to ―Do Something‖ to help the broken & hurting people of Nashville. Our initial cause will be to bring awareness to the people of Tennessee of the human trafficking problem that is happening in our own state.

Next Level Living

We are all leaders, we all have someone following us......whether it’s family members, friends, co-workers, or strangers...everyone who lays an eye on us are watching and learning our actions without us knowing. Job 14:14 tells us that to die is to live. We invite every leader out to join us as we experience the Word of God and prayer on a new level and offer up a sacrificial worship to our living God. God will be unlocking areas in our lives that would be a hindrance to experiencing the next level in Him. It will be a time of refreshing, renewal and release into the divine things God has called us to. Get ready to have the leadership moment of your life!

Catapult

There is an age old demon that is making a fresh new sweep across our country. The demon goes by the name ADDICTION! Families are being torn apart and people are finding themselves lost and alone without any hope. Catapult desires to educate, empower, and usher men and women who are, or have, struggled with addiction. Catapult is not only for men and women in recovery, but also for those who have recovered, or have a friend or family member who has.

"Survivors" of Breast Cancer

Will impart "HOPE & PEACE" during the road to recovery! Its not a death sentence but a beginning of a NEW LIFE! Will meet together to come up with ways to go out and minister to encourage those going thru this journey.
