Author, speaker and singer, Tina Keil, tours the country passionately sharing a message of faith and hope. Her platform – helping women define and develop true beauty – has led her on a quest to understand how women perceive themselves.

For the past six years Tina has been practicing eleven very basic principles on her journey toward true beauty and is committed to sharing with others the path she’s found. She’s documented these principles in Free to Be Beautiful: Ordinary Principles for an Extraordinary Life - a book she co-authored with her friend Karen B. Ford.

When Tina shares this message in the book or on stage, part of what makes her so compelling is her honesty. She doesn’t present a picture-perfect image of herself to the world, but instead talks about her life with tremendous candor and trust in God’s plan.

“ I certainly haven’t arrived,” Tina confesses about her journey, “But the good news is that life is not aboutarriving but rather, becoming. We have a choice: we can compare ourselves to our culture’s standards that fuel insecurity or we can learn the truth and cultivate the roots of who we truly are. After all, who wants to live a comparison game that we will never win?”

While her message primarily speaks to women (she doesn’t use sports analogies to drive home the point), she’s had great response from men as well. “I’ve had grown men tell me they better understand their wives and mothers and recognize how to respond differently to them because of this message. You gotta love that!” she says.

Her message to her audience? “We were created by God for a purpose. Our existence isn’t random. We are not a mistake. We were created to be beautiful. Often, we just don’t know how to walk that out. My hope is to help women do this.”

When she’s not on the road speaking or singing, Tina resides with her husband and two teenage children near Nashville, Tennessee.
